Nomination for the incoming Board of Directors, by email/sms to the President, had been closed on 7 March 2004.

Election for incoming Board of Directors had been successfully carried out in the General Meeting No. 16 on 9 March 2004 at Level 6, Eden Garden Hotel.

It was minuted that during the 1st BOD Meeting held on 06.07.04 at EDC Permas Jaya, the Boards elected Praveena Gopal Nair to replace Ananthi as Secretary and Kelvin Chong Ngee Keong to replace Vikniswaran as Community Service Director. Both Ananthi and Vikniswaran were unable to carry out their duty due to their work at outstation.
